Originally from London UK, I live and work in Cape Town, South Africa, surrounded by mountains, forests, beaches ... a real paradise. Where else can you be in the wilderness a few minutes from the city?

Most of the photos on this site were taken with Olympus 35mm SLRs and 28, 50, 100, 200 & 300mm lenses + extension tubes for macro work + assorted filters + Metz & Sunpak flash units.

Film: Fujichrome 100, 200 & 400; Kodachrome 64.
          Ektachrome 200, 400; Ektachrome 160 tungsten.
          Ilford Pan F, FP4 & HP5.

Slides and monochrome negatives have been scanned with a HP Photosmart 35mm film/slide scanner.

I now mainly use a Panasonic Lumix DMC-FZ5 digital camera with a 36 - 432mm Leica lens. Next acquisition will definitely be a DMC-FZ18 with 28 - 504mm lens. Amazing camera with a fantastic array of features.
